WELCOME to SF4L!

So, the photo above is me -- Fabraye. This is my website, my brand if you will.  (Does anyone really have a brand, or should I say, who doesn't these days, right, LOL).  But, I've been around a while and decided to share some of what I've discovered over the past six decades of living on this awesome planet. 

I love learning and blogging helps facilitate the process for me.  As I come across topics of interest, I research them, and do what I love most -- Write!  Now, instead of compiling the information in a notebook and putting it on a shelf, I get to share what I'm learning with other life-long learners like me. Topics are about how to be better, feel better, live better. Most Monday's there's a new post.  So, visit often and when I figure out how to notify you, I will.  In the meantime, click the photo to read what's new.

When I'm out and about, I speak to or at least smile at just about anyone who gives me eye contact. I love being in places where  people acknowledge one another. It just feels good and seems to put a positive energy into the atmosphere where people feel more safe and connected.
