SimplyFab4Life.com (SF4L) is the brain-child of me -- Fabraye Fisher Muhammad. SF4L is a concept -- That everyone deserves to enjoy a high-quality life, for their whole life. Thus, Simply Fab 4 Life. I've developed a pretty simple process to ease the journey and you get where you want to be sooner rather than later. So, stick around, visit often as I'll share some of my experiences and what I've learned over the past six decades.

How We Got Here...
The Journey...
I know that everyone has a story. Maybe that's why I enjoy hearing people's success stories so much. Recently my aunt, whose about to turn 89, reminded me that I've been writing most of my life. When I thought about it, she was right. I started writing poems before I was a teenager. In high school I joined the forensics (public speaking) team where we wrote and presented in various fun and entertaining ways. Later I studied communications and eventually worked in public relations, journalism, and videography. My degree from the Art Institutes of Atlanta is in Videography with an emphasis in scriptwriting.
I've written everything from lyrics and jingles to policy and procedures, curriculums and seemingly everything in between. Not until around 2019 did I consider writing and self-publishing. Thinking about what I'd write always brought me back to the concept of "how to live better.' I've always wanted to help people, and the best way I could figure to use my writing skills was toward this end.
Around the same time, I considered other income options using social media and skills I already had. I started, affiliate marketing, had some fun, but didn't really know what the heck I was doing. I wasted a lot of money on prematurely setting up a business. Eventually work consumed more of my time and I stopped focusing on social media, even though I enjoyed it.
Fast forward to today, I'm very clear that living authentically is key to longevity. Meaning, whatever is true for you, live it and you'll be happier, more joyful and more likely to live longer. I believe that when people understand this, their journey of fulfillment begins. So, this SF4L Website is here, exists, for that purpose -- to help people along their self-discovery journey.
Learning to love yourself and live your best life should not have to take 60 years. If this website can help shorten the time between 'aha' moments for someone, anyone, then it'll have done its job. This is why this website still exists. It was created for you. Whether it's a new concept, recipe or link to something you need, my intention is that you gain value every time you visit!
